Villa Elm, is located in the center of Corfu island, in a quiet settlement near the coastal town of Gouviα, surrounded by forests, olive groves and small ponds, it gives the opportunity to conect with nature all year round.
The villa can accommodate comfortably up to 6 people and is ideal for families or groups of couples and friends. It is built on two levels, has two entrances and includes four bedrooms.

There is private parking for three cars, bikes and also all the auxiliary area for the washing machine and a clothes dryer. Also accessible by internal staircase. At the back side there is an outdoor dining place and barbecue utensils.
Ground floor
First floor
On the first floor there is a large cosy living room with comfortable sofas, HD TV, game console: PS3 & dvd-cd player, a traditional fireplace, a spacious dining room, a fully equipped kitchen with ancillary table set and two large verandas in front and back side of the villa. There is also a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with a shower cabin.
Second floor
On the second floor there are three bedrooms with their balconies and a large bathroom with bath tab. Access by stairs.
All rooms are sunny, cosy and equipped with air conditioning, TV, large wardrobes, mosquito nets and verandas overlooking the garden and olive groves.
Linen and towels are made of 100% cotton of excellent quality. The bathrooms have shower gels, cleaning products and hairdryer. Considering our youngest guests, villa Elm has children’s books and toys for ages 0-10years old, children’s dinnerware and baby monitor. Pets allowed.

Sofia works as a nurse at the general hospital and George is a ticket collector at the blue buses. They will do their best to have a pleasant vacation. If you stay for several days, Sofia will definitely cook you some local specialty and she will offer you some Greek wine. You will taste the jam and the kumquat, pomegranate or amaretto liqueur that she makes from the fruits of the trees in her orchard. She will offer you oregano that she collects from the mountain.
George will take you on a tour of his garden
and offer you vegetables or fruits from his trees
depending on the season you will visit Corfu.
